Questions we get asked
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Birmingham and work across the West Midlands. For larger projects we also travel to other parts of the UK — send us the details and we'll tell you.
How do I get a quote?
The quickest way is WhatsApp: send a few photos of the roof, gutters or garden and your postcode. Quotes are free. You can also call us or use the form on the contact page.
Do you work at weekends?
Our normal hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 18:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 to 17:00, we take emergencies only — for example a roof leaking after a storm.
Can you fix just part of a roof?
Yes. If most of the roof is sound, we replace the slipped or broken tiles, the flashing or the ridge, and tell you honestly if the rest needs doing.
Do you replace the fascias with the gutters?
When the fascia boards behind the gutter are rotten, it's best to replace them at the same time, so the new gutter is fixed onto something solid. We'll show you on the day.
What kind of terraces do you build?
Timber and composite decking, timber and aluminium pergolas, and covered terraces with a clear polycarbonate roof. Everything is built to the size of your garden.
Got a leak, a sagging gutter or a garden to sort?
Send us a few photos and your postcode. We'll come back to you with a free quote.
